My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, meaning I incorporate multiple therapeutic modalities to align with each individual's unique sense of self. While my foundation is person-centred therapy, I also integrate psychodynamic, solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. This flexibility ensures that therapy is tailored to diverse life experiences, genders, cultures, sexualities, and perspectives, as no single approach can universally fit everyone's needs.

I will compassionely collaborate with you to explore and uncover subconscious actions, thoughts, and behaviors. My expertise includes working with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, abuse, stress, sexuality, grief, relationships, and attachment issues. Additionally, I have advanced training in gender, sexuality, relationship, and diversity (GSRD).

Through my training and experience, I have learned that every individual is unique. Each person has distinct childhood experiences and has been shaped by societal expectations and messages, which can sometimes hinder personal growth.

Counseling is my passion, and since I also provide online services, I am pleased to offer support nationwide.
